Job Description
As an IP NOC Technician, you will handle incoming customer calls, document and resolve network incidents, and maintain effective communication throughout the ticket lifecycle. You will work in a dynamic environment, closely collaborating with the Technical Support Team to ensure network reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer calls and document network incidents.
- Resolve network incidents efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with customers throughout the ticket lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to troubleshoot network issues.
- Proactively monitor the TNS network to prevent incidents.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and incidents.
Job Requirements
3-5 years’ experience in operations support environment.
3-5 years’ experience with troubleshooting circuits.
Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches.
Cisco IOS experience and familiarity with TAC case management.
Experience with MPLS.
