
The role involves troubleshooting network issues, managing customer incidents, and collaborating with the Technical Support Team to ensure network reliability and effective communication.
As an IP NOC Technician, you will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, documenting and resolving network incidents, and ensuring effective communication throughout the ticket lifecycle. You will work closely with the Technical Support Team to troubleshoot issues and proactively monitor the TNS network to prevent incidents.
3-5 years’ experience in operations support environment
3-5 years’ experience with troubleshooting circuits
Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches
Cisco IOS experience and familiarity with TAC case management
Experience with MPLS
