In this role, you will manage attendance and reconciliation for agency employees, handle various agency-related tasks, and update operational trackers for SPX Express. You will monitor daily activities, provide performance updates, and prepare summary reports. Collaboration with multiple teams to enhance processes and maintaining accurate records are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee performance levels and alert stakeholders when targets are not met, while also performing ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

Experience in workforce coordination or agency management

Diploma or Degree in related fields

Minimum 1 year in logistics operations preferred

Ability to provide proactive feedback to stakeholders

Capability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Strong organizational skills

Familiarity with operational performance tracking

Willingness to work rotational shifts
