The Order Management and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate processing and timely delivery within a fast-paced corporate environment.
In this position, you will oversee daily operations related to order management, collaborating closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also monitor inventory levels and communicate updates to customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in order management, fulfillment coordination, or customer service.
Proficient in ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, or other order management systems.
Fluent in Japanese and English to support regional communication and documentation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
