As an Outlet Supervisor, you will oversee food preparation and production, ensuring that all items, including froyo and toppings, are packaged according to Yobe Malaysia's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Your role will involve managing multiple outlets within the Semenyih area, requiring flexibility and adaptability to relocate as needed. You will lead a team, ensuring high standards of quality and service are maintained, while also contributing to the training and development of staff. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive work environment and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Experience in food preparation and production

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to manage multiple outlets effectively

Strong leadership and team management skills

Flexibility to relocate between outlets as required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
