The Partner Advisor (Sales with Japanese proficiency) role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and serves as a dedicated point of contact for client partners throughout all stages of business development. The role focuses on driving sales targets, managing cloud solutions delivery, and optimizing partner benefits while enabling partners with necessary training and go-to-market resources to enhance business growth and customer experience.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, sales, marketing or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B IT partner sales or partner advisory/business development roles.
Proficiency in English at C1 level or above for non-native speakers.
Understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concepts.
Cloud Digital Leader or other cloud certifications are advantageous.
Experience in sales pipeline management and negotiation skills, including the use of CRM tools such as SFDC.
Experience in account management and profiling.
Ability to work against revenue and pipeline-related targets and under pressure with tight deadlines.
Customer and partner focused approach.
Ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams as a team player.
Excellent communication and representational skills.
Strong time management skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate and plan ahead.
Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
