The People & Culture Senior Executive role focuses on managing international assignments for expatriate employees, including recruitment, well-being, relocation, immigration, and compensation in compliance with Singapore labour law. The position also supports HR departmental development, manages recruitment cycles, supervises team members, and collaborates closely with the People & Culture Manager.
The People & Culture Senior Executive / Executive (Expat & Recruitment Management) role involves managing international assignments related to expatriate employees, including recruitment, well-being, relocation, immigration, and compensation in compliance with Singapore labour law. The Senior Executive additionally supports HR departmental development, HRIS management, recruitment cycles for academic and administrative staff, and supervises the P&C team executives/assistants, while working closely with the People & Culture Manager.
A relevant degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management is required.
At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analytics is required.
Experience in an international school environment is preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore employment act and HR-related government regulatory acts is essential.
Possess good IT skills and knowledge, including Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Microsoft Office applications such as v-lookup, mail merge, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Engage, G-Suite, and SAP is required.
Ability to analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and legal compliance.
Ability to prepare reports on data results and explain findings to senior leadership.
