
The People & Culture Senior Executive / Executive (Expat & Recruitment Management) is responsible for managing international assignments related to expatriate employees. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting HR departmental development and recruitment processes.
In this role, you will oversee the management of expatriate employees, focusing on their recruitment, well-being, relocation, immigration, and compensation. You will work closely with the People & Culture Manager and supervise the P&C team executives/assistants to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
A relevant degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management is required.
At least 3-5 years of relevant HR experience in expatriate management or analytics is required.
Experience in an international school environment is preferred.
Knowledge of Singapore employment act and HR-related government regulatory acts is essential.
Possess good IT skills and knowledge, including Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.
