The role involves managing and organizing the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. The candidate will prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, handle confidential information with discretion, coordinate communications, assist in planning and executing meetings, monitor action items, maintain filing systems, act as a liaison, support in personal tasks, and perform general administrative duties.
Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin.
