
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's daily activities and overall productivity.
In this dynamic role, the Personal Assistant will manage the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. The work environment is fast-paced and requires a high level of organization and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
