Job Description
As a Personal Financial Advisor, you will engage with clients daily to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. You will work in a collaborative team environment focused on achieving sales goals and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote personal financing products effectively.
- Cross-sell credit cards and ASB financing to clients.
- Achieve sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships for long-term engagement.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Perform initial credit screenings for potential clients.
- Work towards converting accepted loans into disbursements.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification of SPM with passes in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mathematics.
Fresh graduates with Diploma/Degree qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
Relevant sales working experience is an advantage.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Open to new ideas and willing to learn.
