Job Description
As a Product Operations Associate Director, you will lead technical API integrations and data warehouse configurations for clients. You are responsible for designing customized file configurations, providing expert troubleshooting, and facilitating data sharing into platforms like Snowflake and Databricks. You will drive client migrations from legacy systems, champion process automation, and manage operational KPI reporting. Collaborating across global Agile teams, you will ensure seamless onboarding and translate customer requirements into precise delivery outputs.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in API integration and programming.
Proficiency in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, and XML.
Hands-on knowledge of data warehouse solutions like Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, or Databricks.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior clients and stakeholders.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Splunk, Salesforce, or PowerBI is preferred.
Ability to lead client migrations and manage monthly KPI reporting.
