The Product Operations Associate Director for API & Warehouse Integration is responsible for leading technical API integrations and data warehouse configurations for clients. This role involves collaborating with global Agile teams to ensure seamless onboarding and effective delivery of customer requirements.

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations related to API integrations and data warehouse management, working closely with clients to customize solutions. You will also drive process automation and manage operational reporting to enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical API integrations and data warehouse configurations for clients.
- Design customized file configurations to meet client needs.
- Provide expert troubleshooting for integration issues.
- Facilitate data sharing into platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
- Drive client migrations from legacy systems to modern solutions.
- Champion process automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Manage operational KPI reporting to track performance metrics.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in API integration and programming.
Proficiency in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, and XML.
Hands-on knowledge of data warehouse solutions like Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, or Databricks.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior clients and stakeholders.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Splunk, Salesforce, or PowerBI is preferred.
