Role Summary
The Product Operations Lead for API & Warehouse Solutions is responsible for designing and implementing customized file configurations and providing expert technical troubleshooting for API integrations. In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve technical consultancy and collaboration with global teams. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on enhancing data sharing and integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement customized file configurations for API integrations.
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for API-related issues.
- Deliver consultancy for data sharing into warehouse solutions like Snowflake and Databricks.
- Lead client migrations from legacy systems to modern solutions.
- Manage KPI reporting to track performance metrics.
- Facilitate Agile processes to enhance team collaboration.
- Collaborate with global product and development teams to optimize distribution services.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in API integration and programming.
Proficient in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, and XML.
Knowledge of data warehouse solutions including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, and Databricks.
Strong technical troubleshooting background and problem-solving skills.
Experience with operational tooling, automation, and software system development.
Excellent communication skills for effective senior stakeholder engagement.
