Job Description
As a Product Operations Specialist, you will design and implement customized file configurations and provide technical troubleshooting for API integrations. You will offer consultancy for data sharing into warehouse solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery, lead client migrations from legacy systems, and champion automation to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will manage KPI reporting and collaborate with agile teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of proven experience in API integration.
Proficiency in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, and XML.
Knowledge of data warehouse solutions including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, and Databricks.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills for effective client and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Splunk, Salesforce, or PowerBI is preferred.
