As a Product Operations Specialist, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve technical consultancy and troubleshooting for API integrations, ensuring a seamless customer onboarding experience. You will work closely with agile teams and manage KPI reporting to enhance operational processes.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years of proven experience in API integration.
Proficiency in Python, Java, JSON, SQL, and XML.
Knowledge of data warehouse solutions including Snowflake, GCP BigQuery, and Databricks.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
