The Program Sales Executive role involves connecting with businesses to sell tailored training solutions. The position focuses on sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and providing guidance on program content and claimable processes.
This role involves sales and lead generation by identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, networking, and referrals. The role requires conducting client meetings and presentations to showcase training programs, achieving sales targets, and managing client relationships by understanding their training needs and providing customized solutions. It also includes maintaining post-sale relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. The position requires providing guidance on program content and HRDF/HRD Corp claimable processes, assisting clients with grant eligibility and training benefits, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining records of leads and client interactions, reporting sales performance, following up for feedback, staying updated on market trends, collaborating with Marketing for promotions, and identifying new opportunities to expand the client base and training offerings.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, HR, or related fields.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, corporate training, or B2B program sales.
