Role Summary

The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting HRD Corp-claimable training programs to corporate clients. This role involves identifying leads, conducting outreach, and converting opportunities into sales while maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with corporate clients across various industries, focusing on achieving sales targets and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to support program execution and manage key accounts for repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote HRD Corp-claimable training programs to corporate clients.
  • Identify potential leads and conduct outreach to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR and Learning & Development decision-makers.
  • Advise clients on HRD Corp mechanisms and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth grant applications.
  • Keep clients updated on policy changes affecting training programs.
  • Conduct market research to support business growth and brand presence.
  • Participate in events to enhance brand visibility.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communication, or related fields.

Minimum 3-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, HRDF/HRD Corp, education, or corporate services.

Strong understanding of HRD Corp claimable training programs and processes.
