The Senior Business Development Executive role involves promoting HRD Corp-claimable training programs to corporate clients by identifying leads, conducting outreach, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting HRD Corp-claimable training programs to corporate clients across various industries by identifying potential leads, conducting outreach, and converting opportunities into sales. The incumbent is responsible for achieving sales targets and preparing proposals aligned with client needs. They will build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and decision makers, ensuring excellent customer experience from pre-sales to post-event follow-up, and managing key accounts for repeat business. Additionally, the role requires advising clients on HRD Corp mechanisms, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth grant applications, and keeping clients updated on policy changes. Collaboration with Course Production, Marketing, and Operations teams is also required to support program execution, while conducting market research and participating in events supports business growth and brand presence.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 3 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, HRDF/HRD Corp, education, or corporate services.
Strong understanding of HRD Corp claimable training programs and processes.
