
The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting HRD Corp-claimable training programs to corporate clients. This role involves identifying leads, conducting outreach, and converting opportunities into sales while maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role, you will engage with corporate clients across various industries, focusing on achieving sales targets and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will collaborate with internal teams to support program execution and manage key accounts for repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 3-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, HRDF/HRD Corp, education, or corporate services.
Strong understanding of HRD Corp claimable training programs and processes.
