Senior HRDF Training and Conference Producer – TalentCap Sdn Bhd

The Senior HRDF Training and Conference Producer is responsible for developing and managing training programs that meet industry needs. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing workforce skills through effective training solutions and event management.

In this role, you will conduct market research to identify training needs and design HRD Corp–claimable programs. You will oversee the production of training workshops and conferences, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and industry research to identify trending skills and training needs.
• Design HRD Corp–claimable training programs and evaluate competitor offerings.
• Source and manage trainers and speakers for training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with HRD Corp standards and prepare necessary documentation.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of training workshops and conferences.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for event execution.
• Attend events as needed to support program delivery.
• Provide program content and insights to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Evaluate program performance to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure quality assurance through course material review and participant feedback analysis.
