It includes sourcing and managing trainers and speakers, ensuring compliance with HRD Corp standards, and preparing required documentation. The position also oversees the end-to-end production of training workshops and conferences, coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations, and attending events as needed. Additionally, the role supports marketing and sales efforts by providing program content and insights, evaluates program performance for revenue growth, and ensures quality assurance through course material review and participant feedback analysis.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 35 years experience in training production, event production, LD, HRDF/HRD Corp processes, or conference management.
Strong understanding of HRD Corp claimable program requirements.
