The R00228886 Genesys Manager - S&C GN Song Service role involves working as part of a team of consultants who address customer-facing challenges in sales, service, and marketing to drive business transformation. The role includes designing, building, and implementing strategies to improve business performance and working closely with clients on initiatives such as marketing transformation, connected commerce, and advanced customer engagement. This position emphasizes understanding market and customer challenges, creating strategic transformation roadmaps, delivering Genesys Cloud contact center solutions, and driving partner support activities to foster strategic relationships.

Job Requirements

Experience working with Customer Service Operations.

Experience in Contact Center channels, including assessment/benchmarking and gap identification for improvement.

Experience implementing multichannel self-service/IVR and Omni-Channel Orchestration Routing using Genesys Cloud platform.

In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Operations across voice and non-voice applications like SMS, Email, Chat, and Social using tools such as Genesys Cloud Architect.

Ability to identify customer needs through technical benefits assessment and build business value of technical solutions.

Knowledge of on-premises, on-cloud, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud economics.

Experience with Genesys Cloud administration and applications including Edge, BYOC, SIP, and AppFoundry.
