
The Genesys Manager - S&C GN Song Service is responsible for addressing customer-facing challenges in sales, service, and marketing to drive business transformation. This role involves collaborating with a team of consultants to design and implement strategies that enhance business performance and customer engagement.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to tackle their unique challenges and develop strategic transformation roadmaps. You will be involved in delivering Genesys Cloud contact center solutions and fostering strategic relationships through partner support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience working with Customer Service Operations.
Experience in Contact Center channels, including assessment/benchmarking and gap identification for improvement.
In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Operations across voice and non-voice applications.
Ability to identify customer needs through technical benefits assessment.
Knowledge of on-premises, on-cloud, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud economics.
