The Genesys Manager - S&C GN Song Service is responsible for addressing customer-facing challenges in sales, service, and marketing to drive business transformation. Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with clients to tackle their unique challenges and develop strategic transformation roadmaps. You will be involved in delivering Genesys Cloud contact center solutions and fostering strategic relationships through partner support activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address customer-facing challenges.
- Design and implement strategies to improve business performance.
- Deliver Genesys Cloud contact center solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct assessments and benchmarking for Contact Center channels.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements for multichannel self-service/IVR.
- Drive initiatives in marketing transformation and connected commerce.
- Foster strategic relationships through partner support activities.
Job Requirements
Experience working with Customer Service Operations.
Experience in Contact Center channels, including assessment/benchmarking and gap identification for improvement.
In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Operations across voice and non-voice applications.
Ability to identify customer needs through technical benefits assessment.
Knowledge of on-premises, on-cloud, hybrid cloud environments, and cloud economics.
