Recruiting Lead – Accenture Malaysia

The Recruiting Lead is responsible for leading and guiding the recruiting team while serving as a strategic talent advisor to the business. This role focuses on developing hiring strategies and building strong partnerships with business and HR leaders to ensure a high-performing recruiting function.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the recruiting team, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of hiring strategies. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
