In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the recruiting team, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of hiring strategies. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the recruiting team to enhance performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract experienced talent.
  • Partner with business and HR leaders to align hiring needs with business objectives.
  • Implement talent sourcing strategies to engage with top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with tech communities, universities, and industry partners.
  • Support hands-on recruiting when necessary to address challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing recruiting culture.
  • Provide guidance on hiring best practices, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Collaborate with global and regional recruiting teams to align best practices and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and fair hiring practices.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership skills to lead, mentor, and coach recruiting teams.

Experience in partnering with business and HR leaders.

Knowledge of talent sourcing strategies.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners.

Willingness to support hands-on recruiting when necessary.
