Role Summary
The Reporting & Analytics Analyst - P&OP is responsible for providing application maintenance and production support for reporting solutions within the GIPS-SR domain. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy and availability for business users while adhering to defined SLAs.
Job Description
In this role, you will monitor QLIK dashboards, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform root cause analysis for incident resolution. You will also coordinate fixes, maintain operational documentation, and assist with minor report enhancements.

Job Requirements
Less than 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or application support.
Hands-on experience with QLIK analytics tools is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Basic understanding of production support processes (incident and change management).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
