Job Description
The Reporting & Analytics Analyst - P&OP provides application maintenance and production support for reporting solutions within the GIPS-SR domain. Primary duties include monitoring QLIK dashboards, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing root cause analysis for incident resolution. The role involves coordinating fixes, maintaining operational documentation, and assisting with minor report enhancements to ensure data accuracy and availability for business users while adhering to defined SLAs.
Job Requirements
Less than 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or application support.
Hands-on experience with QLIK analytics tools is mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Basic understanding of production support processes (incident and change management).
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a structured, support-oriented environment.
Familiarity with ticketing tools and IT service management processes is a plus.
