Key Responsibilities:
Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a full-service restaurant.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and cost control.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Financial literacy including budgeting and P&L understanding.
Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays.
