Ability to supervise and manage employees and daily operations.
Knowledge of service and sanitation standards for restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas.
Capability to utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
Commitment to compliance with food and beverage policies, standards, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
Skill in providing excellent customer service and handling guest problems and complaints.
Experience in managing staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives.
Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
Competence in managing financial aspects including purchasing and payment of invoices.
Capability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
