Role Summary
The Retail Telemarketing Consultant is responsible for promoting CIMB's financial products to existing customers through telemarketing. This role involves meeting sales targets while providing professional advice and solutions to customer inquiries in a dynamic sales environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with existing CIMB customers to promote various financial products, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager to achieve sales goals and respond to ad-hoc requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote CIMB Credit Card, Personal Loan, CashLite, Balance Conversion, Credit Limit Increase, and Credit Protector or Life Insurance products.
- Cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide professional advice and workable resolutions to customer inquiries.
- Assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager with ad-hoc requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Job Requirements
Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Telesales from the Banking industry.
Recognized Degree or Diploma in any discipline / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with determination, passion, and sales drive will be considered.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess a passion for sales and marketing.
Excellent persuasion skills and target-driven.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Able to cope well under pressure.
Goal-oriented and a strong team player.
