The S&C Global Network - Management Consultant (Talent & Organization - Change Management) is responsible for designing and implementing transformational solutions to drive business value for clients. This role involves collaborating with clients to navigate market demands and optimize their business through effective change management strategies.

As an Accenture Change Management professional, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve applying deep process and operational excellence skills to support clients in their transformation journeys. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with Change Management leads and client leadership to ensure successful change adoption.
