As an Accenture Change Management professional, you will design and implement transformational industry, functional, and digital solutions to drive business value for clients. The role involves applying deep process, operational excellence, and change skills to help clients navigate shifting market demands, optimize their business, and leverage their talent. You will support Change Management leads in creating change strategies and plans, develop stakeholder engagement plans, design change management initiatives, plan communications interventions, and enable training for people impacted by change. The role requires conducting change impact and stakeholder analysis, designing various change initiatives, driving change adoption, and collaborating with client leadership to align on key messages and behavior shifts. You will also use new generation change management tools and techniques, define metrics, measure business adoption and benefits realization, and ensure timely communication of key messages through innovative channels to engage stakeholders effectively.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of change management principles and practices.
Understanding of stakeholder analysis and engagement techniques.
Familiarity with change management tools and techniques.
