The S&C GN - Industry X - Intelligent Asset Management Consultant role is focused on partnering with clients to build platform-based business and operating models that support sustainable business practices and accelerate revenue. This position involves architecting, designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions and hardware to help clients transform and digitize their organizations for optimized return on investment and long-term sustainability.

Ability to support and drive asset management transformation programs.
Proactive mindset to develop self and team members through knowledge sharing.
Capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams including Industry Groups, Applied Intelligence, and Supply Chain & Operations.
Experience in delivering and supporting business process innovation workshops.
Ability to plan, design, and build complex digital road maps.
Understanding of industrial software business and technology as well as development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Competence in creating business cases for technological and organizational transformation.
Skills in developing architectures, estimates, staffing, and implementation plans.
Leadership ability to lead small teams efficiently.
