As a Sales Intern at Ninja Van, you will play a vital role in supporting the commercial team's growth. Your primary responsibilities include conducting cold-calls to identify qualified leads and proactively sourcing new prospects to expand the sales pipeline. You will manage data entry in Salesforce, ensure the accurate dispatch of contracts and account documentation, and execute sales processes according to established SOPs while collaborating with finance and operations departments.
Prior experience in sales administration processes or terminology.
Experience in customer service, telesales, or telemarketing roles.
Familiarity with contract management and accurate record-keeping.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
