Role Summary
The Salesforce Consultant is responsible for delivering and overseeing Salesforce implementation projects. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that solutions align with client business needs and industry best practices.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. You will work closely with clients and technical teams to design and implement effective Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Salesforce implementation projects on time and within budget.
- Perform As-Is and Fit/Gap analyses to align technology with business needs.
- Collaborate closely with technical architects to bridge business and IT teams.
- Lead requirement workshops using Waterfall or Agile Delivery Methods.
- Design Salesforce solutions integrated with the IT application landscape.
- Coordinate releases and create post Go-Live materials such as training documentation and sessions.
- Make informed design decisions based on industry and technology best practices.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Salesforce certification preferred.
Experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
