Job Description
The Salesforce Consultant role involves delivering, overseeing, and ensuring the quality of Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion while adhering to budget and timelines. The role includes performing analyses to align Salesforce capabilities with client business needs, collaborating with technical architects to connect business and IT teams, leading sessions and requirement workshops, and making informed design decisions based on industry and technology best practices. Additionally, the consultant designs Salesforce solutions integrated with the IT application landscape and coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials.
Job Requirements
Ability to deliver Salesforce implementation projects on time and within budget.
Experience performing As-Is and Fit/Gap analyses to align technology with business needs.
Capability to collaborate closely with technical architects and bridge business and IT teams.
Skill in leading requirement workshops using Waterfall or Agile Delivery Methods.
Sufficient knowledge of the Salesforce platform to make design decisions and propose solutions.
Understanding of Salesforce solution integration within IT application landscapes.
Ability to coordinate releases and create post Go-Live materials such as training documentation and sessions.
