The Salesforce LWC Developer role involves developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs with a focus on SFDC Customization, Integration, and Lightning components. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, ensuring data integrity and security, and mentoring junior developers, ideally with experience in the Retail Banking domain. This hybrid role operates during the day shift without travel requirements.
Job Requirements
6 to 8 years of experience in SFDC Customization, Integration, and Lightning development.
Experience in creating custom objects, fields, and workflows in Salesforce.
Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs for Salesforce integration.
Expertise in developing Lightning components and applications.
Experience in the Retail Banking domain is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of data security best practices in Salesforce.
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
Strong technical documentation skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications required.
