Role Summary
The SAP ABAP Support & Development Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for providing daily support and enhancements for SAP ABAP solutions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to address business needs and implement new functionalities within the Life Sciences account.
Job Description
The SAP ABAP Support & Development Specialist will engage in daily tasks that include troubleshooting issues and enhancing existing SAP ABAP solutions. The role is set in a dynamic environment where collaboration with the AMS Support Team and other teams is essential to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for SAP ABAP solutions.
- Collaborate with the AMS Support Team to address business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ABAP functionalities.
- Implement new ABAP functionalities as required.
- Enhance existing SAP ABAP solutions to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Communicate effectively with China-based teams in Mandarin.
Job Requirements
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP (support & development).
Strong expertise in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
Experience with S/4 HANA.
Knowledge of CDS (Core Data Services).
Experience with Adobe Forms.
Experience with ODATA services.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
