This role is for an SAP Finance Solution Consultant who will oversee the transformation of financial operations and business processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The consultant is responsible for managing the implementation of SAP Finance modules and providing strategic guidance to ensure integration of financial processes within the new system environment.
Job Description
The role of SAP Finance Solution Consultant involves overseeing the transformation of financial operations and business processes from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will manage the implementation of the SAP Finance module and provide strategic guidance throughout the migration to ensure seamless integration of financial processes and operations within the new system environment. This position requires expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules as well as in business change management in an enterprise context.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with at least 3-5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Proven experience in consulting SAP Finance projects including ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
Experience managing complex finance systems and transformations in large-scale organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance modules (FI/CO) is highly mandatory.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Strong project management skills with experience using Agile or other methodologies for large-scale SAP transformations.
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules including new functionalities.
Hands-on experience configuring SAP Finance modules and integrating SAP with other business systems.
Knowledge of SAP Fiori for Finance user interfaces and SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting is desirable.
Familiarity with data migration techniques for SAP and related tools.
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
