In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs and facilitate the rollout of SAP solutions. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse teams across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior client leaders to define and implement the global template.
- Analyze and optimize the Order to Cash process for various regions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
- Design and test API integrations to enhance system functionality.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication.
- Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure system integrity and performance.
- Provide training and support to users on SAP S/4 systems.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong experience in Order to Cash processes.
Proficiency in SAP S/4 systems.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Proven stakeholder management experience in a multinational environment.
Experience with API design and testing.
Familiarity with end-to-end design and testing methodologies.
