Role Summary
The SAP P&SM Solution Consultant is responsible for leading and managing the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA procurement modules. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that SAP solutions effectively support business needs during the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Job Description
In this role, you will serve as a Senior SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Management Consultant, working closely with stakeholders to align solutions with operational goals. You will take a hands-on approach to configuration, solution design, and mentoring a team in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA procurement modules.
- Provide strategic oversight and expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Mentor and guide a team of consultants, business analysts, and developers.
- Manage the end-to-end SAP Ariba and S/4HANA procurement lifecycle.
- Configure and design solutions to enhance procurement processes.
- Ensure integration with finance, logistics, and ERP systems.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba certification in Procurement or Materials Management is highly desirable.
8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP procurement solutions, including SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA.
Proven experience managing complex implementations of SAP procurement projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules and SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Materials Management (MM) modules.
