Job Description
This role involves serving as a Senior SAP Ariba and S/4HANA Procurement & Supply Management Consultant to lead and manage the implementation and optimization of SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA procurement modules. The position includes providing strategic oversight, expert guidance, and ensuring the SAP solutions effectively support business needs during the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role requires a hands-on approach to configuration, solution design, and mentoring a team, while collaborating with stakeholders to align solutions with operational goals.
Job Requirements
8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP procurement solutions, including SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA, with 3-5 years managing complex implementations.
Proven experience managing the end-to-end SAP Ariba and S/4HANA procurement lifecycle.
Deep understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management, and integration with finance, logistics, and ERP systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
SAP S/4HANA or SAP Ariba certification in Procurement or Materials Management is highly desirable.
Experience managing large-scale SAP procurement projects using traditional and Agile methodologies.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of consultants, business analysts, and developers.
Strong knowledge of SAP Ariba modules, including Supplier Management, Sourcing, Procurement, and Contract Management.
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Materials Management (MM) modules and integration with other systems.
Hands-on experience configuring SAP Ariba and S/4HANA procurement modules and managing system integration.
Familiarity with emerging procurement technologies such as AI-driven procurement, cloud-based solutions, and e-sourcing tools.
Preferred experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.
Knowledge of financial and compliance regulations in the UAE and international markets is preferred.
Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with third-party procurement systems or other SAP modules.
