Role Summary
The SAP Practitioner is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and deploying SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals. This role involves aligning SAP technology with business strategy and collaborating with onshore teams or clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include reviewing code, gathering requirements, fixing bugs, testing, documenting, and implementing software systems. You will work in a dynamic environment focusing on areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Human Capital Management (HCM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions.
- Implement and deploy SAP systems to meet business goals.
- Collaborate with onshore teams and clients to gather requirements.
- Review and assess code written by other programmers.
- Fix bugs and conduct testing to ensure system functionality.
- Document processes and system changes for future reference.
- Align SAP technology with overall business strategy.
Job Requirements
Strong functional and industry background in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or HCM.
Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP solutions.
Ability to work effectively with clients and onshore teams.
Competence in reviewing and assessing code quality.
Experience in requirement gathering and software testing.
