Role Summary
The Scrum Master, Senior Analyst (Waterfall & Agile) is responsible for managing project delivery using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring successful project completion while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage day-to-day project activities, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and work closely with Product Owners to ensure project progress. You will also be responsible for removing impediments and guiding teams towards Agile best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that affect team progress and project delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
- Guide teams and organizations on Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Support Waterfall methodology and manage hybrid delivery models as needed.
Job Requirements
Experience with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project delivery methods.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum best practices.
Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Experience working closely with Product Owners.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to identify and resolve project impediments.
Willingness to adapt to hybrid project delivery models.
