Job Description
The Senior Analyst Scrum Master role involves managing project delivery using both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. The position includes facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring successful project completion. This role also requires working with Product Owners and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain project progress and foster collaboration.
Job Requirements
Experience with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project delivery methods.
Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Capability to guide teams and organizations on Agile/Scrum best practices.
Skill in tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress.
Experience working closely with Product Owners to maintain a product backlog.
Ability to identify and remove impediments that affect team progress.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Willingness to support Waterfall methodology and manage hybrid delivery models as needed.
Strong focus on completing project deliverables on time and within scope.
Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous improvement.
