The Senior Amazon Connect Product Owner at Cognizant focuses on building intelligent, scalable contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect, Python, Lex bot, LangGraph, LLMs, Agentic AI, and other Amazon services. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver high-quality cloud-native solutions that integrate AI technologies, meeting performance, scalability, and security standards while participating in agile development processes.
Job Requirements
About 5-8 years of software development experience including hands-on work with Agentic AI, Gen AI, LLMs, Amazon AWS cloud services, Amazon Connect or Lex Bot.
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with Amazon Connect, Conversational AI, QLangGraph, LangChain, and LLMs (Large Language Models).
Experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI.
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
Experience with custom integrations with CRM systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
Ability to quickly learn and adopt new GCP services.
Solid understanding of Amazon AWS architecture and best practices.
Exposure to contact center development and integration.
Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
