Job Description
In this role, you will focus on developing and implementing contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and various AI technologies. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the solutions meet performance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.
- Design and implement scalable contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Integrate AI technologies such as Agentic AI and Generative AI into solutions.
- Develop and maintain Python applications for contact center functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies.
- Conduct testing and validation of developed solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Job Requirements
About 5-8 years of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with Amazon Connect and Conversational AI.
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.
Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps practices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
