Job Description
In this role, you will handle daily administrative tasks and transaction activities, ensuring efficient processing of trade settlements and payments for unit trust funds. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including custodian banks and fund managers, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process trade settlements and payments for unit trust funds.
- Monitor account balances to ensure sufficient cash availability for transactions.
- Input transactions into the fund accounting system accurately.
- Liaise with local and foreign custodian banks, fund managers, tax agents, and auditors.
- Manage client enquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support team members to ensure service excellence.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in fund services or financial operations.
Familiarity with fund accounting systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
