Role Summary
The Senior Associate, Fund Services (MY) is responsible for preparing timely and accurate Net Asset Values and other fund accounting outputs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and client satisfaction through meticulous accounting practices.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily fund accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies. You will work in a collaborative environment, addressing client queries and participating in various accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate Net Asset Values and fund accounting outputs.
- Record accounting records accurately according to policies and procedures.
- Reconcile various accounts and research discrepancies.
- Identify exceptions affecting accounting records and communicate them to management.
- Assist with client queries and provide necessary support.
- Participate in trade processing rotations and other accounting processes.
- Prepare month-end, semi-annual, and quarterly reports for clients as per service agreements.
Job Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fund accounting tasks.
Knowledge of accounting policies and corporate actions.
Experience in client interaction and query resolution.
Ability to work collaboratively with management and clients.
Competence in preparing financial reports.
