The Senior Associate, Fund Services (Support SG) is responsible for maintaining daily client relationships and managing fund services operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of fund-related activities and compliance with internal procedures.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage with clients and investors daily, ensuring their queries are addressed while managing fund operations of varying complexity. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily client relationships and manage investor communications.
- Process payments and post cash transactions accurately.
- Perform accounting closes in accordance with internal procedures.
- Maintain and update investor contact databases.
- Disseminate communications to investors regarding fund-related matters.
- Attend to client and investor queries professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance.
- Complete timesheets accurately and on time.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Basic knowledge of fund services and accounting principles.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in client relationship management is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
