Senior Associate, HRP (Support AUS) – Tmf Regional Delivery Centre Sdn. Bhd.

The Senior Associate, HRP (Support AUS) is responsible for managing client employee payroll setups within the HR3 payroll system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with relevant legislation for clients in Australia.

In this position, you will engage in daily payroll management tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and related functions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain efficient payroll operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client employee payroll setups within the HR3 payroll system.
• Process payroll, PAYG, and superannuation calculations for clients.
• Calculate and lodge IAS, State/Territory Payroll Tax, and Workers Compensation renewals.
• Prepare funding requests for payroll and obtain necessary approvals.
• Arrange payroll and payment runs, ensuring accuracy in client time input.
• Maintain databases and tracking tools related to payroll services.
• Liaise with the TMF office network to support management initiatives.
• Participate in performance reviews and training sessions.
