
The Senior Associate, HRP (Support AUS) is responsible for managing client employee payroll setups within the HR3 payroll system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with relevant legislation for clients in Australia.
In this position, you will engage in daily payroll management tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll and related functions. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain efficient payroll operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
Experience in payroll processing and management.
Knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in using payroll systems, particularly HR3.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
