Job Description

The Senior Associate, HRP (Support AUS) is responsible for managing client employee payroll setups within the HR3 payroll system. This includes payroll, PAYG, and superannuation processing along with calculations related to terminations like redundancies and dismissals as required by clients. The role also involves calculation, lodgement, and processing of IAS, State/Territory Payroll Tax, and Workers Compensation renewals for clients. Additional duties include preparation of funding requests for payroll, obtaining approvals from client authorized personnel, arranging payroll and payment runs, and ensuring accurate input of client time in the system. The role requires maintaining databases and tracking tools, liaising with the TMF office network, supporting management in improving systems and processes, and participating in performance reviews and training sessions.

Job Requirements

Ability to manage payroll systems and perform related processing tasks.

Knowledge of payroll legislation including terminations, redundancies, and dismissals.

Experience with calculating and lodging IAS, Payroll Tax, and Workers Compensation renewals.

Capability to coordinate with clients and obtain necessary approvals for payroll and payments.

Skill in accurate data entry and time management within payroll systems.

Competence in maintaining databases and tracking tools related to payroll services.

Effective communication and liaison skills with internal teams and clients.

Ability to support management initiatives for process improvement and participate in team meetings and training.

Strong organizational skills for handling administrative duties and client billing.
