Senior Auditor - Mandarin Speaking – Accenture Malaysia

The Senior Auditor - Mandarin Speaking is responsible for conducting compliance audits and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance processes and policies that mitigate financial risks globally. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of financial operations and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day auditing activities, working closely with various teams to identify and address compliance issues. You will also be involved in coaching junior auditors and managing risk improvement projects across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance audits to assess adherence to policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to enhance processes.
• Develop audit test plans tailored to specific compliance requirements.
• Perform audit fieldwork and gather evidence to support findings.
• Consolidate and present audit findings to management and stakeholders.
• Follow up on recommendations to ensure timely implementation.
• Coach and mentor junior auditors to build their skills and knowledge.
• Engage proactively with regional counterparts to manage emerging risks.
• Lead projects aimed at improving global risk management practices.
• Utilize data analytics to identify potential risks and enhance audit processes.
