In this role, you will be part of a dynamic residential team, focusing on business development and development management within the real estate sector. You will collaborate with local developers and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with potential partners for joint venture opportunities.
- Perform feasibility studies and financial modeling to assess project viability.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships.
- Support the preparation of investment proposals for stakeholders.
- Share ideas and analyze strategies across design, planning, and marketing.
- Coordinate with partners to monitor project progress and ensure target returns.
Job Requirements
A good degree in real estate, project management, construction, business, finance or related discipline.
5-8 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry, with property developers, financial institutions, or investment funds.
Knowledge in real estate development and familiarity with relevant laws and industry norms.
Proficiency in feasibility and market research.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills to work well in multicultural settings.
Willingness to learn and expand job scope beyond current expertise.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
