Responsibilities include forming joint venture partnerships with local developers, monitoring projects as a minor shareholder, and handling both business development and development management tasks. In business development, the role includes building relationships with potential partners for JV opportunities, performing feasibility studies and financial modeling, conducting market research, assisting in negotiations and deal structuring, and supporting the preparation of investment proposals. In development management, the role supports partners by sharing ideas and analyzing strategies across design, planning, cost control, marketing, government approval, tendering, construction management, and financing. It also involves coordinating with partners and monitoring projects to ensure target returns and discussing key strategies related to sales, marketing, and finance.
