Role Summary

This role is for a Human Resources Executive responsible for managing recruitment, employee performance, and HR documentation. The position includes overseeing onboarding, training coordination, compliance with policies, and payroll processing.

Job Description

The role involves managing and executing the full recruitment and interview process. It includes maintaining and monitoring employee performance, attendance, and related records, as well as preparing, organizing, and filing HR documents and correspondence. The position handles onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes, assists in planning and coordinating staff training and engagement activities, ensures compliance with company policies and statutory requirements, and manages monthly payroll processing including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written).

At least 1 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.

Familiar with recruitment, performance appraisal, and employee relations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with good documentation and data management skills.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Highly responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
