
The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing and executing the full recruitment and interview process. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining employee performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance monitoring within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written).
Familiar with recruitment, performance appraisal, and employee relations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with good documentation and data management skills.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Highly responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
