Role Summary

The Human Resources Executive is responsible for managing and executing the full recruitment and interview process. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining employee performance and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee performance monitoring within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the full recruitment and interview process.
  • Maintain and monitor employee performance, attendance, and related records.
  • Prepare, organize, and file HR documents and correspondence.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating staff training and engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher.

At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Human Resources.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (both spoken and written).

Familiar with recruitment, performance appraisal, and employee relations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with good documentation and data management skills.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Highly responsible, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
