Senior Executive Engineer - Transportation (PBB Operations Klia2) MA SEPANG – Malaysia Airports

The Senior Executive Engineer - Transportation is responsible for leading and managing the Engineering Management Unit to ensure the highest level of public safety and service excellence at the airport. This role impacts the reliability and availability of airport systems and facilities through effective engineering support and management.

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Engineering Support Unit, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while managing engineering projects and budgets. You will collaborate with various engineering units to maintain and enhance airport systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Engineering Support Unit in alignment with approved strategies and policies.
• Oversee the Quality Management System for the engineering division to maintain necessary certifications.
• Coordinate the Engineering Control Center to ensure reliability and safety of engineering systems.
• Manage the Engineering Document Management Center for efficient access to documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering units on procurement and contract matters for operations and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local and international regulations, and certifications.
• Plan and control the yearly budget for operational and capital expenditures.
• Evaluate staff competency and skills to provide effective support and service.
• Conduct studies against industry best practices to recommend improvements.
