The Senior Human Resources Executive engages in various HR functions, including recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. This position requires collaboration with team members to support a positive work environment and effective HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Maintain contact with external recruitment sources and network with local organizations to source candidates.
  • Administer and educate employees on benefits and handle unemployment claims and hearings.
  • Support employee development initiatives, including orientation and training programs.
  • Maintain employee relations and effective communication channels.
  • Ensure compliance with legal practices related to employee files and safety policies.
  • Foster open communication and address employee concerns.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in human resources or related field, OR a 2-year degree in Human Resources or Business Administration with no work experience required.

Ability to assist in recruitment and hiring processes.

Experience in employee development and training programs.

Knowledge of legal compliance related to HR practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
