The Senior Lecturer - Human Resources is responsible for teaching, developing curriculum, and maintaining high standards in student learning within an academic setting. The role includes academic, administrative, and professional duties related to the design and delivery of teaching materials, student consultation, and participation in departmental activities.

The Senior Lecturer - Human Resources is responsible for undertaking teaching and related duties including the design, preparation, and development of teaching materials, conducting classes, tutorials, and practicals, consulting with students, invigilation, marking, and assessment. The role involves participating in high quality programme and curriculum development, planning and implementing teaching strategies to optimize and motivate student learning, and maintaining high teaching and learning standards to meet the College's expectations. Additionally, the role includes administrative responsibilities such as attending departmental meetings, participating in committees and working groups within the Department, School, and College, engaging in continuous professional development related to the field, maintaining relevant student performance records and providing accurate information including testimonials as requested, and participating in academic counselling during Open Days and promotional events.
