Job Description
The Senior Lecturer is responsible for contributing to curriculum development, innovation, enhancement, and quality assurance for both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The role involves developing and delivering innovative and high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment experiences. Additionally, the Senior Lecturer is expected to conduct high-quality research, maintain a strong record of publications, build a profile through grants and PhD student supervision, and support the development and implementation of the research strategy consistent with institutional priorities. The role also includes collaboration with other universities, government, industry, or civil society to drive research impact and educational excellence, as well as supporting the management of educational, research, and administrative activities within the School by participating in committees.

Demonstrated ability to contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance.
Ability to develop and deliver innovative and excellent teaching and assessment.
Experience in conducting high-quality research and maintaining publications.
Capability to build a profile of grants and supervise PhD students.
