The consultant will focus on implementing and optimizing SAP Profitability and Performance Management to support profitability reporting and business insights within the airline industry.
Job Description
This role is based in UAE and involves working as a Senior SAP PaPM Consultant during a technical transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will focus on implementing and optimizing SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) to generate Route Profitability reports and to provide insights to support business decisions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working with SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing SAP PaPM models.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA and integration of SAP PaPM with other SAP modules such as Finance, Controlling, and Supply Chain.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP PaPM, or similar areas are preferred.
Deep knowledge of SAP PaPM including allocation logic, cost driver models, profitability reporting, and scenario analysis.
Expertise in designing data models, data integration, and reporting within the SAP ecosystem.
Proficiency in using SAP S/4HANA embedded analytics, Fiori apps, and reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of SAP financial and controlling modules including cost center accounting and profit center accounting.
Experience in the aviation, transportation, or logistics industries is an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP BW or SAP BusinessObjects for reporting and data warehousing is a plus.
Experience in profitability analysis for flight routes and airline operations is preferred.
Knowledge of cost management and financial modelling specific to airline industry operations.
Familiarity with advanced analytics and predictive modelling techniques in SAP PaPM.
