Senior System Analyst - Authorization & Fraud - Cards at Accenture Malaysia - Kuala Lumpur

The Senior System Analyst - Authorization & Fraud - Cards is responsible for leading system analysis, design, and enhancements for Cardlink authorization and fraud modules. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to design and deliver effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day system analysis and design activities, focusing on enhancing the Cardlink authorization and fraud modules. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead system analysis and design for Cardlink authorization and fraud modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into specifications.
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to authorization and fraud functionalities.
• Support testing phases and assist in defect resolution.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards in solution design.
• Liaise with vendors and IT teams for timely delivery of system changes.
• Drive enhancements and optimizations for existing systems.
