Service Management SME – Accenture Malaysia

The Service Management SME is responsible for designing and developing a robust infrastructure observability solution. This role involves collaborating with clients to assess their observability needs and implementing effective solutions to enhance system performance.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include integrating observability tools and configuring automation workflows. You will work in a dynamic environment, leveraging advanced technologies to provide strategic recommendations and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop infrastructure observability solutions using platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and ElasticSearch.
• Integrate observability tools with existing service management and monitoring systems.
• Configure automation workflows for incident response and infrastructure automation.
• Leverage AI and machine learning for predictive analytics and anomaly detection.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and reports to monitor system performance.
• Collaborate with clients to assess observability needs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed observability tools.
