Job Description
The Site Supervisor engages in day-to-day management of construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to schedule and standards. The work environment is dynamic, requiring constant interaction with various teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities to ensure efficient site operations.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to adhere to project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections for compliance with design and safety standards.
- Supervise slope, drainage, and earthwork tasks according to engineering plans.
- Report progress and issues to the project team regularly.
- Maintain site discipline and safety protocols.
- Prepare daily reports while tracking material usage.
Job Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.
Less than 1 - 3 years of experience in civil or infrastructure projects.
Experience in slope, geotechnical, or drainage improvement works is an advantage.
Able to read construction drawings and provide clear guidance to workers.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
Possess own transport.
