The role also includes reporting progress and issues to the project team, maintaining site discipline and safety, and preparing daily reports while tracking material usage.
Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.
Less than 1 - 3 years of experience in civil or infrastructure projects.
Experience in slope, geotechnical, or drainage improvement works is an advantage.
Able to read construction drawings and provide clear guidance to workers.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Willing to travel and work at project sites as required.
Possess own transport.
