You will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, coordinating food preparation, and maintaining inventory levels. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while contributing to menu development and special events. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Creativity in menu planning and food presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
