Role Summary
The Specialist, Finance Processes & Control is responsible for contributing to the delivery and execution of internal controls within the finance function. This role plays a critical part in maintaining compliance and supporting financial analysis to achieve organizational objectives.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve maintaining internal controls and preparing compliance reports while collaborating with various stakeholders. You will also review pricing proposals and support the Finance Planning & Administration function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the execution of internal controls.
- Prepare compliance reports for financial activities.
- Review pricing proposals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support financial analysis to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve finance objectives.
- Maintain adequate internal controls within the finance function.
- Assist in the Finance Planning & Administration processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 4 years of working experience in Finance, preferably in multinational companies.
High commitment, energy, and enthusiasm to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Working proficiency of US GAAP.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Business-level English skills in speaking and writing.
