The Specialist, Accounting to Reporting (AtR) is responsible for ensuring that transactions for respective markets within the APJC region are properly accounted for. This role involves collaboration with local finance teams to maintain compliance with accounting standards and support global financial processes.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. You will work in a dynamic environment, partnering with various finance and business teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate accounting of transactions for APJC region markets.
- Collaborate with local finance teams to maintain compliance with US GAAP and local regulations.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a robust control environment in line with audit standards.
- Partner with global finance teams to support financial processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company.
Experience with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
Business-level English speaking and writing skills required.
Experience with SAP desired.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
